I’m happy with it. I haven’t used it long enough to say for sure how it’ll hold up over time, but so far I don’t really have any complaints

The site looks nice and was easy enough to browse, but it was kind of frustrating that so many of the items I liked were already out of stock. After a while I started wondering if they just keep popular stuff listed to get people clicking, because it felt like every other thing I picked wasn’t actually available

I was shopping around for dinner plates and the site was easy to use. The menus made sense, and the filters helped me narrow things down without feeling lost. I did pause for a second figuring out one of the filter options, but that might’ve just been me moving too fast. Checkout was simple too, so overall I had no trouble getting what I needed. 5 stars from me.

I ordered from mikasa.com during a sale, and the discount made the set a really good deal. Checkout was simple, and the promo code showed up right like it should. Shipping did take a little longer than I thought it would, but everything came packed really well and nothing was broken, so that was a relief. Overall I’m happy with it, I just kinda wish the tracking updates had been a bit quicker...

I ordered a dinnerware set from mikasa.com, and my biggest concern was whether the plates would actually fit in my cabinet. The communication around the order wasn’t the clearest, which was a little annoying, so I was half expecting some kind of surprise when it showed up.

Luckily, the measurements on the site were accurate. The bowls and plates matched the listed sizes, stacked nicely, and fit where I needed them to. Simple thing, but it made the whole purchase feel worth it. 5 stars from me.

The checkout process was easy overall, yeah... but a couple of the pages took a little while to load, and I ended up double-checking my shipping info twice because I wasn’t totally sure it saved right. It wasn’t a big deal or anything, just... could’ve been a bit smoother. I did get my order placed in the end...

I ordered a Mikasa set from mikasa.com, i really liked them when they first arrived. The dishes looked and felt like a nice upgrade for my kitchen.

After running them through the dishwasher a few times, though, I started to feel a little disappointed. A couple of the plates got kind of cloudy, and one mug already has a small chip on the rim. I only used the normal cycle, so it’s not like I was being rough with them.

They still look decent on the table, especially from a distance, so I’m not totally unhappy with them. But for the price, I expected them to hold up better, and I’m not sure I’d buy the same set again.

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s getting really frustrating. It’s been way too long, like when you return a shirt, cancel an order, get charged twice, or send something back and expect the money to show up within a normal amount of time. I keep checking my account, my email, the app, even my bank notifications, and there’s still nothing...

I was just trying to order a few plates, but then the shipping popped up and it was almost as much as the actual items. Like, come on, what kind of nonsense is that? Felt like a total checkout gotcha from greedy goofballs, so I just bailed. Super annoying

I was happy with this as a gift. The box looked nice and was packed well, which made me feel like it was easy to give without needing to do much extra. It just had a good, simple presentation.

I had to—well, I ended up returning a plate set from Mikasa because one of the colors looked different in person than it did online. The return process was simple, and the label came through quickly. The refund took a few days longer than I was hoping, but in the end everything worked out fine.

I really thought these mikasa plates would hold up better. They looked great when I first got them but after only a few weeks two already had chips on the edges. We’re not rough with them either just regular dinners and the dishwasher. they feel more delicate than some cheap plates I’ve had before. Disappointing and I wouldn’t buy them again.

I had to get my bowl replaced under warranty, it was super easy. They handled it fast with zero hassle. Clutch!

The only reason I’d stick with 4 stars is that the tracking didn’t update much for a day or two, so I was kind of wondering where it was. But overall, the delivery was quick and the set arrived in great shape!!

My Mikasa order showed up with everything I chose, and nothing was missing or swapped out. The plates were the right color and the count was spot on too. I was a little worried something might get mixed up, so I was REALLY happy to see it all arrive correctly

The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea where my package actually was. It ended up showing up late, and when I reached out for help, I just got stuck in this annoying support loop with the same generic responses. Frustrating experience overall.

I did get replies to my emails, so that part was okay. It just felt like each response took a while to come through, at least from what I remember. Not a huge issue, but I was kind of waiting around a bit.

The item itself looked just like the photos and matched the description, so no complaints there. I just wish the communication had been clearer, because I had to guess a bit about what was going on, which was annoying

Support did eventually fix the issue with my order, but it took way too long. Like, I’m glad it got handled in the end, but by then I was already frustrated.
